I lived there for a year and I payed $750 a month my rent was only $725 . They said that I didn't give them proof of insurance witch I did. Now they are trying to make me pay for the bad wiring in the bathroom and for the bedbugs that I didn't have. They sprayed all my stuff. It is not handicap except able, the back parking lot is not good for anyone in the winter.
This is a low-budget building. With a lower-budget owner. RAMPANT bed bug infestation. The landlord charges ~$500 to tenants to chase bugs from one apartment to another. "No visiting your neighbor" was their solution. All fall and winter, MICE, unless you have a cat. The under-building garages are not well-vented, and CO seeps up the building. Unable to pass multiple City Building Inspections. Constant inspections, a bully of a landlord!
