Great building, great location, and a fantastic building manager who truly cares about the building and the community. I've lived here for 2 years and am about to relocate but I wish I didn't have to leave. I've never felt this included and taken care of in an apartment building. Can't recommend this place and the staff enough!
12/1/2024: I lived at Cedars for more than 5 years from 2019 to 2024. Since Basil has come onboard as the leasing manager, there has been a great positive effect on our experience as residents. He has made so many positive changes in the apartment building complex that I truly will miss living there. He got a fitness center established, a community room with wifi, a small library for residents, the package deliveries are safe now (packages used to get lost without this), and carts available to residents to haul groceries fro... read more
It has been a pleasure staying at the Cedars Apartments for the past 2 years. The place is safe and clean. The newly renovated lobby, gym, and coworking space are very nice - I sometimes hold my business zoom meetings there. Basil, the building manager, has been tremendously helpful and made my stay at the Cedars Apartments super pleasant. He is quick at responding to inquiries and requests. One of the best apartments I have stayed in so far, very clean and well maintained amenities. I wish I could give more than 5 rating to this apartment and the property manager Basil. Basil is such a helpful person and the best property manager I have come across till now, very approachable.
