Happy with the management and quality of apartments. Special shoutout to Basil who made moving processes seamless. He was prompt at answering all queries and making sure tenants had a good residential experience. Location of this building and safety were good.
The only reason for the 1 star is because Brazil the manager is kind and the ocean is down the street. Worth what you are paying for absolutely not, building is old and ( remodeled) but shity Chinese appliances, so called gym, only dumbbells and treadmill. You can literally hear my phone with my door shut standing in the hall way, absolutly no privacy, door made a loud hissing noise for almost 3 months , you can hear every scream and sciren going off all night long, you have a crack head recovery home right across the street... read more
Great building, great location, and a fantastic building manager who truly cares about the building and the community. I've lived here for 2 years and am about to relocate but I wish I didn't have to leave. I've never felt this included and taken care of in an apartment building. Can't recommend this place and the staff enough!
