It has been a pleasure staying at the Cedars Apartments for the past 2 years. The place is safe and clean. The newly renovated lobby, gym, and coworking space are very nice - I sometimes hold my business zoom meetings there. Basil, the building manager, has been tremendously helpful and made my stay at the Cedars Apartments super pleasant. He is quick at responding to inquiries and requests. One of the best apartments I have stayed in so far, very clean and well maintained amenities. I wish I could give more than 5 rating to this apartment and the property manager Basil. Basil is such a helpful person and the best property manager I have come across till now, very approachable. I think 5 stars are not enough to rate Cedars Apartments and it's Property Manager Basil. Basil deserve 10 stars or may be 100 stars. Basil is very professional, he take care of his residence and the Apartment generously. He is very proactive with all the maintenance requests. I think this is one of the best Property manager I have ever met. For me this is one of the best apartment community I have ever lived. The Cedars is in a great location for us, just a few minutes' walk from the Elliott Bay trail (which is perfect for running), the Olympic Sculpture Park (which we love for a picnic), and the Belltown P-Patch (the community garden--it's so beautiful!). Renting with Basil this past year has been a fantastic experience, and I can confidently say that he is the best property manager I've ever encountered. He's been super reliable, always available, and genuinely cares about his tenants. Anytime I had an issue, big or small, he was right there to help.
