The new managers are absolutely awesome! What a complete positive change they have made to this building! Many tenants are buzzing about how everything looks great in the building, and how personal and kind Jessica and Dave the managers are. Repairs are taken care of right away, and the building and property are so clean. I highly recommend anyone moving into this building.!
Cedar Point Apartments are awesome! The complex is always spotless, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that everything I need is just a short walk or drive away, from grocery stores to great restaurants. It's the perfect place to live if you want a clean, convenient, and comfortable apartment. I am super excited to be part of this community
Jess is the boss woman this building so badly needed. She has gone above and beyond helping me as a tenant. From urgent requests to accommodating with smaller needs tenants at this building can depend on her.
My girlfriend has lived here for years and over the last month we have seen lots of changes. The building always looks and smells clean, I never see garbage around the property. My girlfriend had an issue with damage from a water leak that was always overlooked and she was told they couldn't do anything about it but is now getting repaired since the new resident managers took over! It's great to see how much care they have for their job and the building.
