Great Management. Really helpful with everything
My husband and I have lived at Cedarpoint Apartments since March 2018, and would never have previously considered leaving a positive review or recommendation...although we considered quite the opposite on many an occasion. All of that changed, however, in June 2025 when Jessica and Dave took over as our building managers. It's like we're in a whole new building without having moved! Close to shopping and bus stops. The building always looks and smells fresh and clean. The staff here are on the ball, thank you for all your hard work!
Great community, lots of seniors and now we are getting together every Wednesday for cards and Thursdays are movie nights. The management makes this place a great home!
The new managers are absolutely awesome! What a complete positive change they have made to this building! Many tenants are buzzing about how everything looks great in the building, and how personal and kind Jessica and Dave the managers are. Repairs are taken care of right away, and the building and property are so clean. I highly recommend anyone moving into this building.!
