I lived there for nearly 5 years. I enjoyed it very much. No problems with management. It is right next door to a mall with Sobeys, Shoppers Drug mart, hardware store and even a Dollarama and miscellaneous other businesses.
nice apartment building. A very good management team, they keep it very clean and well maintained. any issues are resolved quickly. The building is quiet , the laundry room is clean and the machines do a good job. in the winter the parking lot is very well maintained with plowing and salting. In summer the balcony is nice to sit and relax on. I would just like to take a moment to let you know how outstanding your management team is at Cedar Point Apartments in Cambridge. I have never met a kinder more caring person than Shirley. She makes the building feel like a community. She's always there to help anybody without any hesitation. SAVE YOUR MONEY and find somewhere else! Five washing machine and dryers for 90 units and they are always broken. Only 6 visitor spots so good luck having guests on weekends. New tenants can only have one parking spot while older tenants have THREE! And there is no street parking around and the plaza will give out tickets. Something is always leaking, flooding or breaking in the apartment building. There is garbage all over the property. Its not worth the over 2000$ they charge per month
