RecommendedWow! What a great experience. After having our garage door installed by what I would call amateurs and having lots of issues with it, we called Cedarburg Overhead Door Co. Brandon came out and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided me with several options after showing me what was causing the issues we were experiencing. He worked quickly, the charges for the repairs were very reasonable, and our garage door is running so much better!

A+++. Awesome service and pricing. I called to have my garage door fixed ( spring broke )and Cedarburg Overhead Door came right away and garage door was fixed within a couple of hours. Friendly and professional and I am very appreciative of the prompt service. Thank you so much,will definitely call for any future service.
Had the crew install our 3 garage doors in our new home in Farmington. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. They did a great job and explained any special functions thoroughly. Would highly recommend them!

Ursula, I am sorry for your bad experience with us. I reviewed the notes on your account and see that Brandon did correct the issue the next day. I am assuming that the issue was resolved and that it has been running properly since July. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Did they fix the cable...yes Were they rude and unprofessional...yes Brandon came to fix a broken cable and just came in through the side door without trying to introduce himself and later proceeded to talk down to my wife. If you want professionalism I would definitely look elsewhere.

I apologize, but the side door was open, and I immediately knocked on the door to introduce myself and shake your wife’s hand. I at no point talked down to your wife, as I stated at your house, but I apologize if anything I said was taken as such. She claimed I did and used profanity to attempt to prove her point while she yelled at me. I’m sorry, but this review is misleading and wrong.
Owner’s son serviced the call and was very unprofessional and rude. Instead of ringing the doorbell, he let himself into the service door and opened the garage before I even realized he was there. He ranted about other local companies and made a dig at “housewives that don’t know any better”, performed work out of scope without checking first, and tried to charge way over quoted price for it. I am a strong supporter of family owned businesses but this company and the way they treat their customers is an exception.

10 STARS for Jerry and Cedarburg Overhead Door Co. I spoke to Jerry at 11AM and by Noon we had new springs on our garage door and my wife was able to get her car our of the garage and head to Chicago. On top of that, now my wife considers me as the HERO, sorry Jerry.
