Coming from Harker Heights, Texas, Cedarbrook Ridge. Do not buy from this company!! These homes are not worth $300,000 to $400,000. Everything, and I mean everything is of the cheapest quality!! We will never again buy from DR Horton. Also to note, do some research. After signing, I actually found out there are class action lawsuits against DR Horton. If I would have known this, along with seeing how cheaply made this house is we wouldn’t have signed those papers. You’re paying top costs for basically a manufactured home.
