The facility is beautiful. Communication is terrible. It is hard to get ahold of people and they don’t return your call. We put a deposit down and when I called to check on where we were on the waitlist, I received no call back. Come to find out, the facility had no record of our deposit, despite me having an initialed copy. Very disappointed that due to them, this wasn’t as option for my mom.
I can't say enough nice things about Cedarbrook! Our elementary school had another retirement community reach out asking us to gather children to trick or treat there on Oct 30. They cancelled on 10/27! I reached out to Cedarbrook and they happily planned they cutest trick or treat trail- complete with incredible carved pumpkins and yummy cider and donuts on the beautiful patio!
