Absolutely loved it! Great server, Brandi...unique menu items...fair prices...I didn’t care for the drink I ordered and it was taken off of my bill...totally unexpected but very much appreciated...I highly recommend it.
About The Spa: If you live in the area, be sure to ask about their "locals" discount. I spent the day there, got four different one-hour services and had lunch. (The mussels were perfect!) I could have easily stayed longer. The vibe is warm and relaxing, loved the PNW decor. All services were performed expertly. I spend my work days taking care of others and I sure enjoyed letting the Spa take care of me. Maybe next time I'll get a room so I can hang out even longer!

This is truly one of the BEST restaurants that I have had the privilege of enjoying. The menu is a well curated, but not stuffy, selection of northwest staples and everything that we have ever had has been nothing short of an 'wow, this is amazing' moment. The atmosphere and staff is exceptionally accommodating. Having stayed the Cedarbrooke Lodge earlier this month, my colleagues and I could not wait to visit the Copperleaf again for another incredible meal.
Ice machines on each floor or at least in the lounge or building would be great. Balcony view from my room has an outstanding view of the trash facility. Breakfast could be earlier, starts at 7 am. Otherwise outstanding, beautiful experience.

Cedarbrook Lodge is literally a gem in the heart of SeaTac, you could never imagine that such a beautiful hotel would be in this area, but it is truly one of the best around. The grounds of the hotel are spectacular, the room, the restaurants, the amenities are just fabulous. It is the perfect start or finish to a vacation because of its proximity to SeaTac airport.
