We just arrived....beautiful and customer service is top notch
I had a beautiful stay, until I accidentally left my money clip with $80 and my driver's licence. Called one hour after check out to say I 100% left it in the room. I guess even the nicest hotels are not immune to theft from housekeeping. Be weary of the maid cleaning room 2307 in the dogwood building.
Amazed at how quiet and tranquil being so close to Seatac. Beautiful grounds. Amazingly comfortable beds!

This place! Just minutes from the airport, but quietly nestled in a beautiful protected wetland area. Staff is so friendly, spa is awesome, food is delicious and yeah...the free stuff in the lounge!!!! LOVE!
Stay here every so often, last night's stay wasn't great. Ants and women's hair in the bathroom. Kids playing soccer in the room above me, although when I had finally had enough I called the front desk and they took care of it and it stopped for a few hours. Walls are thin. Beds and linens are extremely comfortable.
Was there for a wedding.Great amenities! Rooms were cozy and relaxing. Nice cabin- like feel. If I'm in the area ...would definitely go back!
We had to stay here when our flight home was cancelled. We had our 2 month old infant with us and nowhere to go. We called the shuttle from seatac. The driver was super nice and the hotel staff was amazing. They set us up with a great room and a pack n play for our daughter. The lodge itself is gorgeous!! Would give 10 stars if I could.
