Very nice, comfortable, quiet, outstanding staff eager to serve you.
Very peaceful. The staff was very friendly after dealing with 12 crabby people who hadn't slept in 24 hours! The food is excellent and the rooms were very clean. They have free snacks on every floor including ice cream, water, juice and candy.

Wow. Lots of extras. Standard pillows are amazing. However they have a pillow bar. Call and order your favorite pillow. Complementary snacks in the lounge on every floor. Beds are cushy. Complementary breakfast is like being at a wedding buffet for breakfast. Enjoy your meal out on the terrace next to the ponds and waterfalls. Worth every penny. Customer service is top notch. The spa has the same standards. Wonderful. Plan ahead because they are smaller and have a smaller staff. The staff was 5 star.

Celebrated a special occasion there on our first visit & we were treated with special & outstanding service. Manager was really friendly and attentive to all customers. We also received special favors to the celebrants with complimentary champhane & the whole group received complimentary appetizers that were exceptional! will be returning there in the future!
