BLACK MOLD IN APARTMENT. I was here for two weeks before my dog was suddenly having breathing issues. Come to find out there was black mold in the bathroom. The mold caused thousands of dollars in vet bills. My dog almost died. She had pneumonia and a lung infection. She also now has collapsed trachea and it is believed to be onset by these medical problems. DO NOT MOVE HERE
I lived here for a bit. The price was reasonable. However, there is no insulation in the windows and doors. So it really didn't matter because I had to keep my heat on 24/7 and after that it doesn't matter that I'm getting a reasonable rent price when I end up paying such a high heat and A/C bill because the windows are old.
