First impressions are lasting ones, upon first attempt to call I'm greeted with a voice message. Voice message ends with please do not leave a message. Received a text within a minute after call asking if I can be called back later...
Maintenance man at this property is a drunken drug addict... Will give higher rating once he's replaced
Older apartments, that stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The landlord, Shane is only there in the mornings, which sometimes makes it hard to talk to him. At least one maintenance staff lives in the apartment building, so things get fix fairly quick. There is diversity of ages with families, young singles, and a few grandparents living here. A decent place to call home.
