I’m updating from 1 to 4 stars and I’ll probably update it higher if things keep going well. They have done a better job consistently maintaining the pool. It hasn’t been green for a while now! The 2 reasons I’ve had a better experience lately are Shauna and Carlos! Shauna in the office has always been very helpful and professional and has done a great job communicating with me about everything. And she puts up with me lol. Edit 2: The new property manager is significantly more empathetic, better communicator, professional, kind, and trustworthy. He addressed my recent requests excellently and gained my respect. Nikki is very helpful and kind. She truly cares about the residents.
I love Nikki, She helped me with my problems and was so caring to my living situations. She made living here easy and enjoyable.
Gross and loud apt complex. Covered in roaches. Large groups of people at the pool that blast terrible music until 3-4 in the morning. DO NOT LIVE HERE OR FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS WORST APT COMPLEX EVER.
