Strap in....Things were great till Ms Nikki left to manage another property. For one don't come home past 9 pm unless you want to walk from the other side of the property to park. Parking is atrocious due to unauthorized occupants on the property taking up space. Maintenance just sits on the clock all day, maintenance tickets sit for days on end until they finally come around conveniently when you're not home and they don't bother to leave a note with the status of your ticket. I’m updating from 1 to 4 stars and I’ll probably update it higher if things keep going well. They have done a better job consistently maintaining the pool. It hasn’t been green for a while now! The 2 reasons I’ve had a better experience lately are Shauna and Carlos! Shauna in the office has always been very helpful and professional and has done a great job communicating with me about everything. And she puts up with me lol. Edit 2: The new property manager is significantly more empathetic, better communicator, professional, kind, and trustworthy. He addressed my recent requests excellently and gained my respect. He gives me hope that things will be better moving forward. Original post: Worst apartment complex i ve ever seen.
