I brought my cat here after he suddenly stopped eating or drinking and became very lethargic. I was immediately pleasantly surprised because there is always a friendly person available to take my call and to answer my questions, which is unfortunately super rare these days. The actual lobby is bright and clean, and we got to wait in a separate room which was wonderful because my cat was very anxious and this calmed him down noticeably. My entire family has trusted Dr. Lavoie with each of our dogs for many years. He has a realistic, non judgemental approach to vet care. Years ago he diagnosed our family dog with hemolytic anemia and was able to provide us with excellent treatment and care, despite the high fatality rate, until her passing at 13 years of age. I have been going to Dr. Lavoie over 20 years. They are a terrific clinic. I wouldn’t trust my dogs’ health to anyone else. The staff is very friendly and caring.
The technicians are always super patient with our big and high energy cocker spaniel, Chico. They always make it a point to call us after our visits just to check in with how Chico is doing. It was also easy to book or change booked appointments with their website.
We brought our new puppy Callie in to get registered. Staff are amazing & so welcoming.
