My friend spotted that my tail light was out when driving behind me. Frank, the owner, did not mind waiting half an hour after his shop closing time to help me change my light bulb. It was a snowy evening, and it took me an extra half hour to get to the Auto Shop. Frank was still so pleasant when I arrived an hour past closing time.
