We’ve been renting for a few years. Switched to a larger unit back in February/March after having no issues. In June and September we were locked out of our unit because the facility put the lock on the wrong unit for failure to pay. The facility sends reminders at the end of the month and we always pay before the 1st of the month. When we went to visit our unit September 20th and found it locked the facility offered us the $25 credit for their oops but after realizing we were technically locked out for 20 days of the month ... read more

THEY DO NOT REVIEW THE FOOTAGE do not use here. please don't. someone will break into your storage unit. and when you call them and ask them to help and mention their "24 hour cameras", they will tell you they delete the footage frequently.
