I’m thankful to have housing here, and the landlord is a kind and respectful person, definitely not a slumlord. The maintenance man is also helpful, and the apartments themselves are fair quality and hold up well. However, safety is a real concern. management hasn't taken care of the garbage pile in front and around the dumpster
This place was nice when I first moved in. But now it's a drug fest. Tweakers in and out constantly. Foils all over their dashboards and nodding out. Pretty sure someone's selling drugs in one of the 1-13 units in building #1. Always sketchy people around that 2nd stairwell. They evict people, then they just move into the parking lot and never leave. Living out of their cars. I don't feel safe with my kids here.
