I called this company (John) who was given to me by our home warranty when our AC unit went out. He was able to come and look at our unit the next morning (which is why I gave one star for that). Once the initial service was done, John was extremely unprofessional. It took 3 weeks to “schedule” a day for him to come in to repair our unit. John is super un professional. I do not recommend his business he has poor customer service skills. Go spend your money with a company who actually cares about their customers. I was waiting for him for hours for him not to show up with no A/C . Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. John said he would be by to fix my air conditioner 3 hours prior to showing up. So I called the wait list to another company and canceled with them since John was supposed to show up. John called me and let me know he was on the way and I Informed him there was no parking in front of my house. He drove all the way to my house and called my landlord and said he didn’t want to do it because he would have to park then walk over. We've used Cedar Valley at home and at our business for years. Have never been dissappointed. John knows his stuff and is very professional. I highly recommend this company.
