Rich, That's not true about Terri. She talks kind of slow, but that's just how she is. She's not a drug addict. She's a very nice person and too lenient, and that's why people got away with so much at Cedar Tree Apts. She's got a very big heart. She was also fooled too easily by people when they'd apply, and later would find out they weren't good people. She's not the manager anymore, but not because of anything she did wrong. This place has a vengeful crack head manager. This lady Terri Burnell has lied and wrongfully had people taken to court. Very shady with paperwork be careful. This lady has only kept the drug dealers in 132 that sell to her even though they never pay rent on time. Very very unfair property dont know how she still has a job.
