I’m truly honored to have purchased my first home here—I love both the community and my home. However, I’ve now been here for about five months, and I’m currently on my second Whirlpool oven/stove, which just went out on me while I was cooking (thankfully I had an air fryer to fall back on). It’s now been three days without a working stove, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with Whirlpool for service, but it’s been challenging. I sincerely hope this doesn’t become a recurring issue every couple of months.
Mathew has been very helpful and patient with all our questions and decisions, helping us decide which home is right for us.
Matthew has been great to work with. Very professional and timely with his responses. Looking forward to working with him as our home is built.
My husband and I stopped by while looking for our next home. Matt was very professional and pleasant. He made sure our questions were answered and that we had his info to contact with any future questions. Should we decide on this neighborhood, we will be back to see Matt as his customer service is great!
