Rude customer service, the lady at the front desk is super rude ! Never going there for their mediocre products
Terrible customer service don’t buy lumber here or anything! Person at front desk was rude!!!!!
I drove from more than hour away to come get some fence pole extensions, having someone side swipe me on the way. I called when I was about 20 minutes out, showing I’d be arriving 2 minutes past closing. The person I spoke with said if I could arrive by then they can have the parts at the front ready for check out. I came in when it said I would arrive as the last customers were walking out and another guy said he already closed the register, saying the guy I spoke with told him that, but said they were closed and nothing he... read more
