Not safe, not gated. All lies!!
Living at Cedar Springs is like living in the Desert Hot Springs area of Coachella Valley. If they are a "Gated Community", that only means that they have a gate. ( That does not work, and is always open.) Cedar Springs has more traffic then Harrison Street on the weekends, and its between Mid-night and 4 am. Their Security is, for a perposes non-existant.
