Cedar springs is my home – I have not had any problems with these apartments and I have lived here since August 2006. For the most part it is very quiet. The manager listed in these reviews is no longer at this property. We have a new Manager and so far I guess she is okay. We do have issues with Parking but mostly from people who own 2 - 3 cars. Worst Apartment EVER! – DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The manager, Sylvia, is the worst I have ever experienced. Almost the entire time I lived there (3 years) the dishwasher was broken, the lights in the kitchen didn't work, and there were no screens on the windows. I asked her at least once a week to fix these things but she never did. In addition, at least every 6 months I came home from work to find a notice on my door that rent was increasing, but my move-out experience was by far the worst. bad resident manager – This apartment's environment is pretty good, not too hot during the sumemr. But my place have problems of lots of cocroaches and spiders. Also what I do not like is the resident manager: Sylvia. When we first check out this apartment, she was acting nice and offered us some good deals to rent her apartment. After we signed the one year resident contract, and stay here for few month, problems show up slowly. The first few days, some other cars keep taking my parking lot.
