Knowing that I, as well as the others in each group, had a safe place to share was incredibly important to not only us as participants, but also to Katie as our guide. My therapist is very professional, experienced, and clearly knows what they're doing a true expert. I also was called out when I needed it, which was hard to hear but exactly what I needed to see in myself. Very insightful, and I've seen real progress since starting. My therapist couldn't have been a better fit for me. I highly recommend Cedar Serenity.

Couples therapy here was truly transformative. Our therapist was exceptional. He told us both what we needed to hear, not just what was comfortable, and helped us understand the root cause of our conflicts rather than just putting a band-aid on them. He created a space where we both felt safe enough to be honest, and that made all the difference. We came in frustrated and disconnected, and left with real clarity and a stronger foundation.
