This company are untrustworthy and completely unreliable, do not use. I called 4 times over the period of 2 months, each time being told someone would call to schedule an appointment to replace some cedar shingles and inspect my roof. The secretary told me that Michael had been given the messages. Finally, I spoke to Michael who scheduled the work for 5th October. Michael and the entire Cedar Roof Coatings team are awesome! My wife and I recently purchased a home with a cedar roof. I had no idea that it needed to be treated, protected, etc. It was bought to my attention during the inspection. When I googled a service, I found CRC, and they were incredible. They explained to me exactly how the process works and what to expect. They were incredibly professional and transparent. If you've got a cedar roof, CRC are your guys!

Working with the Cedar Roof Coatings team was a seamless process from start to finish, from the reception of the estimate to the conclusion of the job. Their team was nothing but respectful and knowledgeable. I highly suggest working with CRC, and cannot ever see using another company when I need to address my roof again.
