Absolutely amazing vision center. I called them this morning after endless calls to other places that didn’t take my sons health insurance and the receptionist assumed they took ours and booked us. Well turns out they don’t(Dell children’s is horrible FYI, can’t find a single one in network for the medical portion of vision care!!) and Dr Stiegel told us AFTER the exam that it was no charge and they just wanted to be sure his eyes were okay! I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the incredible staff at Cedar Rock Vision. For the past six years, they all have provided exceptional care and support. From the warm greetings at the front desk to the thorough and professional eye exams, every visit has been a positive experience. Thank you for your dedication to my vision health!
I was at first pleasantly pleased with the service received until I found out that we could have gotten better frames rather than getting the lenses with multiple upgrades. I wasn’t offered better frames just spending the extra upgrade on something not needed. When the insurance let me know it was my choice to use those funds to upgrade frames, it really feels like a scam. No one at this office told me that I could have gotten better frames rather than the glitz len’s package. That’s just not being honest.
I highly recommend Dr. Stengel and Mariam. They were so kind and patient with helping me find the right contact lense fit. After several trials and office visits, I found the right ones. I never felt rushed in his office and he took time to talk with me at ever visit.
Visiting from out of state, badly bent my glasses after an accidental trip/fall. The doctor saw me right away & fixed my glasses in a few minutes. Saved my trip! Knowledgeable, kind and friendly do not begin to describe my experience! The receptionist was warm, welcoming & gracious. If I lived there, this would be my new eye doctor! Can’t THANK YOU enough!!!
