These are a nice 3 story apartments with a courtyard that is encapsulated with the office and laundry room. Neighbors are respectful and not loud. On fountain blvd so traffic can get a little noisy, on the plus side its a 2 minute walk to convenience stores and a liquor store and really good sushi restaurant. little pricey for not having any amenities, gym, pool ect. I was there helping my daughter get ready to move. To me, the apartment, 2 bedroom, is small for what the rental price is. $1,000.
