Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital and Equine Services was founded in 2012 by Dr. Ted Wright and Dr. Margee Moncure and has provided high quality, compassionate, and affordable care since the doors opened. We offer full service small animal care in the hospital and mobile equine care by Dr. Wright. We provide veterinary service to both owned animals and several animal rescue groups with a portion of our profits benefiting Animal Compassion Network.

RecommendedWe are ever grateful to Dr. Ted Wright for his compassion and skill in caring for our horses when they are well and when they are not. Yesterday was our first time losing one of our horses, after an unsuccessful course of treatment for EPM. He walked us through the steps of euthanasia with tremendous kindness and skill, assuring that our gentle giant was given a peaceful ending without pain and surrounded by loving friends. We could not have asked for more.
Super nice people here. My dogs get pretty excited when out and about but the staff here made them feel at home.
I use Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital and mobile equine for both my small animal and my equine needs. I find the doctors at Cedar Ridge to be knowledgeable, helpful and experts in thier field. I would recommend them without hessitation.
I'm absolutely grateful for Dr. Ted, Amy, Kelsey, Terri, Andrea, Jessica and all of the wonderful folks with Cedar Ridge. They've been taking great care of Snowmane for over five years and Steeler since he walked off that truck as a foal. Thank you so much for all the routine as well as the emergency care!!!! Absolutely the most kind and compassionate doctors and staff in the area. When I had a very ill stray kitty that I was feeding, they took her in as the clinic kitty and cared for her. After that experience with them, I started bringing all of my pets here. They take the time to explain everything and it is clear that they truly care for all the animals they see. I'd already had an appt booked for my cats as new patients for about a week from now. When my cat had a seizure this morning, they were able to work her in as a new patient and get her examined within an hour of us checking in for the appointment. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Moncure was very thorough. Will absolutely recommend in the future. Thanks!
