Just plainly the BEST I've been to see these guys three times in the last five years with three different vehicles. Every time it's been done right and always on time. You'll not find a better bunch of guys who absolutely know what they are doing and how to fit your problems. Plus they are just plain good guys who also happen to be the best around.
Great Place!!! The Shift Motor in my Durango went out and I had to get it replaced. My brother recommended CR Transmission. They we great straight forward and very helpful. They offered me new or rebuilt, didn't try to push me into spending more money at all. The job ended up being a lot more work than they had expected but they didn't charge me any more. They were great!!!!!!!!!!
Rear end work and transmission flush These guys are awesome-no frills just get the job done cost effctively. They did some transmission work a few years ago for a former employer and they were great!!! This Fall they repaired my 1998 Chevy K-1500 rear axle carrier bearings were out. They did a Great job, saved me some money and did a top-notched transmission flush! I would recommend them highly without reservations.
The ONLY place to go in Cedar Rapids. These guys are not fancy. The place is grimey and there's parts laying all around. But, this place sets the bar for quality work in this town. My own mechanic told me to take my car there when the job was too tough for him.They don't do work that doesn't need doing. Some dishonest places selling transmission flushes are only looking to make money for themselves. #1 they sell you the service, #2 when your transmission starts to have trouble because of the flush they make more money fixing... read more
