Nancy and Melissa have been both professional and so very kind over the course of the past 10 years and 2 hearing aides I have had! From little or no wait times for appointments, compassionate care to expert guidance in selecting the best hearing aide for me I would highly recommend Cedar Rapids Hearing Center!
I have been very pleased with the service I receive here. I have worn hearing aids for 20+ years and the staff here is most responsive to any adjustments or questions I have. Free batteries is another big plus.
Always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Have never had a problem with service of my hearing aids the very few times I've had a problem.
