Lived here for almost a year now and it's been a good experience. I can't speak for the person talking about bedbugs but honestly I don't believe them lol. This is a decent apartment complex with some nice people who live here and manage it. Heather, the property manager is super cool and always helpful. I lived at Cedar Pointe for two years. Is it the fanciest place? Nope. I don’t know the price of rent anymore. But for what I paid, it was my little sanctuary, I felt safe there, and management was the best I had ever experienced.
Easily the worst place I have ever lived. The price of rent makes it seem like this might be a step up from a smoking-only motel. This price is misleading. This is a shithole. A resident stands outside 20+ times per day at length, (in the amphitheater, the not-a-pool-anymore which is the central area all tenants of the 711 building {the other building, 811 13th, is an indescribably worse place to exist; I lost a month of my life there.}) smoking, after loudly expectorating for all to behold, drooling .... - should I say, pro... read more
