Christina is hands down the best agent around! Wouldn’t have been able to sell our house without her. She gave us a list of things to do to the house before listing. Trust me, do the list! It may seem like a lot but it will make the house stand out. She helped us schedule vendors (carpet, painters, cleaners, etc) and came up with a time line to list the house that fit my schedule. They took the time to learn my wants and needs when navigating the market to purchase my first home, really going above and beyond what I was expecting.
