Christina is hands down the best agent around! Wouldn’t have been able to sell our house without her. She gave us a list of things to do to the house before listing. Trust me, do the list! It may seem like a lot but it will make the house stand out. She helped us schedule vendors (carpet, painters, cleaners, etc) and came up with a time line to list the house that fit my schedule.
