I have witnessed unfair and uncalled-for instances where some, not all, tenants have approached the Cedar Park administration and maintenance team with a lack of common sense, an open mind, and a friendly demeanor. I took a look at the reviews, and after living here just shy of ten years, I have never seen or read such egocentric comments towards the administration and maintenance team.
