Cedar Oaks is an excellent choice if you are looking for quiet. It takes me approx. 10 minutes to get to campus. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. My experience has been good. The complex isn't new, but is kept up well. The problems that have arisen were fixed in a timely manner. They also allowed me to have my dog(with an extra deposit).
