Update: pretty pathetic they try and flood out the truthful one star reviews with fake ones. Cedar Mills Property exploits, deceives, and takes advantage of their tenants. We lived in a house for three years, paid rent on time every single month. We had countless issues with a flooding basement, but we took on a lot of the responsibility ourselves and even spent our own money in trying to mitigate a flooding basement. The staff have bad attitudes. Michael and Elizabeth were not pleasant to work with - they became rude and retaliatory when my plans to move into one of their units changed. Michael had a nasty condescending attitude when I called to explain my situation. He refused to allow me to explore other options with the owners of the property management firm.
