I feel like Cedar Mills is one of the best if you are looking to lease or leasing a property. They answer the phone, they show their properties, the agents are always so nice and helpful and their properties well kept, in good condition and ready to show. I have had clients and friends lease from them and they have been very happy from start to finish.
Complete lack of communication and the past months have made it abundantly clear to me that they do not care about their tenants. I had to break lease early, it has been over a month since then and my previous apartment has not even been listed. I have been ghosted by the person in charge of that location - my calls and emails have been ignored and now they are (of course) out of the office until next month. I cannot and DO NOT recommend Cedar Mills to anyone.
working with cedar mills has been great. especially elizabeth s. she is super professional and responsive and always available for my questions or if i had any problem. the unit and building are great and so is the service and care they take in handling their business an clients. I will use them again, i have already referred friends an family to liz. thank u !!!
