Cedar Management has been a good customer and Bob MacDonald has always been there for support.

Current Property Manager does not follow up on open items, nor does she respond to requests vis email or voice mail! Currently due to lack of attention by Cedar Mgmt our HOA is potentially going to have a lapse in our Master Insurance Policy! I agree with the current rating, we need better service especially when the client is having a critical Issue! Would appreciate having contact information for the office manager &/or owner/president but none seems to be available, therefore no way to escalate an issue!!

All you have to do is look at their "Star" rating! At this writing 84 "one star" and only 13 "five star". This property management company is the most unprofessional and unresponsive around and I warn anyone looking for a Property Management company to stay far away from Cedar Management. They took over our community and ignore requests and when (if) they do respond, the Community Manager assigned to our HOA is rude, dismissive and argumentative. We brought them on for our HOA and it was bad news from the start. They hired people and quit before you knew it. You would keep emailing them and after months. You were told the they quit. All we got was lies. Please safe yourself headaches, don't hire these clowns

I am not pleased with the way things are being managed. I have put in maintaince requests in and I either get no response back or a very long wait to have it repaired. I have paid my monthly payments 3 to 6 months in advance for the last 5 years. The company should have made some interest off of those payments. When I mentioned that I will be withholding my payments and not pay late fees until I see some kind of progress. She said that I could hold my payments but will still be charged late fees. This group has terrible customer service. I live in Brookhaven located in Columbia. They never answer the phone. There is no way to negotiate terms when they hit you with a violation. You can't fight them, and they will not remove fees. My account was zero in April and at the end of May I was sent an invoice with late fees attached for something they told me was a warning. They have done nothing to help the neighborhood, just constant fees.
