PLEASE DO SHUT THIS PROPERTY DOWN. I stayed there but the property and the maintenance would not fix my apartment. I stayed on the bottom and every time my neighbors above would take a shower, it would leaked! They didn’t do anything but paint over the holes in the sealing😒 I asked them multiple times but to see them paint over it and say “you shouldn’t have any more problems now” they made me so mad cause even I know when water is coming from the ceiling u have to do a lot more than paint the ceiling 😑
Hello! my husband and I have not long moved in, and the Management, as well as the apartment we are in is just fine. Ms. Teresa is such a kind woman. The company has several ways that you can pay once you get it. There may be some issue in other apartments, however there will be issues everywhere you go. You are suppose to make it a home. if YOUR presence can't change the atmosphere around YOUR area, then you need to change YOUR attitude and presence to make a difference. Lesson taught by GOD.
Do whatever you can not to live here. I was in a tight spot financially and had no choice. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Mold! Mold! Mold !This is a borderline slum, not due to the tenants, but the management. They painted over mold in the bathroom,closet and bedroom of my former apartment instead of properly replacing the damaged areas. I became ill and wasn't able to work on several occasions! Management was notified numerous times and just do not care. The complex should be shut down and rebuilt. I have since of course, moved out and so have several other tenants.
