Money Wasted Applying The apartment manager was slow to respond to calls and voicemails. I left two or three voicemails asking for someone to call and I received a call weeks later. Then, the apartment manager insisted that I tour the apartment complex the same day, which was highly inconsiderate. Even so, after rearranging my schedule to meet with him for the tour, he did not have an application I could take with me and insisted that I "text" him for it. Cedar Lodge apts....Leasing firm Diverting to other properties... Leasing firm is always trying to up-sell to other Properties that you did not Inquire for When you are Insisting they hang-up on you........That happened to me Twice and definitely not an Accident but Intentional........A lousy leasing company you do not want to deal with in the Future,as a resident...........I wonder if the Property owner is notified about this situation...? Manager is unresponsive I moved out in April and still haven't gotten my deposit back! I call and email and drop by all the time, but I can't get ahold of anyone. I've called his cell and the office, but never get a reply. My apartment was in better condition moving out than it was when I moved in, but he won't tell me why my deposit hasn't been returned.

I was able to reach the manager yesterday and get my deposit back. I really did like my apartment here, but it was frustrating to not be able to reach anyone after moving out. He mentioned they might be changing management soon and I think that would help with this problem in the future.
Amazing price for the space! Once I saw this apartment, I knew I'd never find a better deal. It's a single occupancy efficiency, but I can fit my whole queen sized bedroom set, a kitchen table & chairs and a recliner in the space. There's even a nice pool at the community & I'm close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The office staff is friendly & easy to work with, too, so this was a no brainer for me.
