I have lived here since June 1991, thats 35 yrs. The cost of rent increased over 8% alone for 2026. That is over twice the COLA at 3.8%. When i moved in, rent was less than 300$ with an annual increase of 25$. That flat 25$ increase changed to a percentage, which for business sake it becomes very profitable for the company. When I first moved in I loved it. The neighbors are still great. The rent has become insane. More than half my income. Don't move in here

We moved in May & honestly maintenance sucks, especially during the snow months, they don’t clean the streets properly… they just push the snow the sides blocking peoples driveway…. & they want to up the lot rent starting january??? do a better job!!!!! maintenance is just lazy!!!!! we all pay almost a 1000 dollars & the trailer park can’t seem to do a simple task right.

Over priced with no amenities. There has been 0% in taking action towards the large amount of the dead or dying trees. There is no overflow parking and those parking in the streets, will be towed.
