Very kind loving staff and the two PCAs I worked with were eager to work and learn but both sisters displayed difficulty reading american languish and following written and verbal direction, and their religion limited the task they could perform FOR ME. To sum it up, high maintenance requiring full time attention. They need better communication skills with people outside of there culture and religion.
