Rude and unhelpful staff. You have to follow up sooo many times for a work to be done. Always patience has to be from your end and not from management. 5 years ago it was so good but now situation is bad.
Cedar Hills meets our needs, desires and budget. Great staff, building is well maintained. Love the athletic center and heated garage. Requests for repairs followed up very quickly.

I have always appreciated the professional and enthusiastic customer service provided by the office staff. The maintenance team has consistently demonstrated excellent service to the residents.
