Literally the worst people to rent from. They ignore tenants when there are issues with the units like malfunctioning smoke detectors that take weeks to get replaced. There is only enough parking spaces if you have 2 people living there and never have any visitors otherwise you are subjected to not being able to find a spot on the crowded street.They raise the rent prices, and when you finally get to move out they keep part of your deposit and will not show you or fully explain what they needed to "fix."
