This facility is professional AND personal from the moment you walk in the door. The check in staff greet you warmly and the nurses take time to listen and give compliments. Dr. Todi takes the time to listen to symptoms, provide literature and encourage follow up phone calls if questions arise. You are a welcomed person here and not just another patient.
I have been going to see Dr. Patterson over 20 years and he has been the best and makes me feel like I do matter to him . I hope the rest of the doctors learn from him .
I've been going here for about 6 years and have no complaints. Dr DePew and Dr Toti are great. They take the time to listen and I never feel rushed. The office staff is always nice and efficient and it doesn't bother me one bit to be called hun or babe now and then :-)
Dr.Patterson is one in a million... my only complaint is the young girls at the window who call everyone hun and babe . Very disrespectful in my book ..
Dr. Ickmeyer is the stuff keeps it real as long as your real with him.
