RecommendedDr Dagley is one of the best. Doctors I’ve ever had. I’m 68 and have seen many doctors. He is punctual, he listens and he’s so kind.
My whole family uses Dr Spicer he is the best in the buisness no complaints of this facility. I do have an issue with whom they refer out to for imaging (mri ct) Prime diagnostics are crooks they over charged my account for more than what we agreed on and signed an agreement to. The staff was horrible to deal with I didn't feel welcome or wanted....I'll never go back to prime diagnostics the facility was not clean and they were rude...aside from overcharging my account when we had a signed agreement...
I injured my neck in 2001 in CA. Worker's Comp wanted to perform surgery. I refused. I was referred to the kind and compassionate Dr. Potter in 2017. First, we did Trigger Point injections. Next, she educated me about Radio Frequency Nerve Ablation, which fries the nerves in the neck. My severe pain was gone for an entire year. A miracle! I'll do it again soon. The office staff is very good. Tammy and Sage make me laugh. I highly recommend Dr. Potter. I hope people in severe pain will make an appointment soon!
Arrogant part time facility.
I have only the highest respect for Dr.Potter. When I first started going to her i couldn't hardly walk, stand for a length of time & even sitting was a big problem. She started with the Medial Branch Injections (which didn't work) then she did the Facet Ablations on each side and within 3wks. I was without pain. I just did a 5K Diva Run in Galveston & still no pain.I would refer her to anyone having back problems ! Thanks also to the staff who are Outstanding at all they do :}
I have been using them for a long time and always listened too , and respected.
The whole place is very unprofessional from the front desk to the doctor. They were supposed to contact me with how much my insurance was going to cover for a procedure, never got a phone call. I ended up calling them the day before to get the info I needed. The doctor was very short and snapped at me after my procedure. No after care instructions given at all. I just love Dr. Dagley and his entire staff. I have been seeing him for a long time and it's always a pleasure! He is very professional and has a sense of humor. Love this man! And the new building is lovely!
