We as an entire family could not thank Cedar Hill Mortuary enough. The service and professionalism that we have received exceeded what was expected. But first, we hope that no one will need the service. Second, if a service like this is necessary (knock on wood), please consider David Estefan (Cedar Hill Mortuary). It took me almost a year to write this review. I am still in shock due to the lack of empathy from the staff here. It is unbelievable how people could be in this line of business, and still treat people unprofessionally, as if their loss wasn’t painful enough. My father passed away in February of 2025. Unfortunately, this was the most reasonable place we were able to find for our budget. David Estephan from Cedar Hill Mortuary provided outstanding and professional service to my family and me. During a time of grief and mourning for a loved one, David was direct, kind, and accommodating to our needs. He promptly answered my phone calls, explained the protocol, and was timely. Cedar Hill Mortuary was very helpful, and I am incredibly thankful for their support.
