I suffered from migraines for decades and had to rely on the prescription drug Imitrex. Thanks to Dr. Jeff and his adjustments, I only get maybe two a year (versus about 6 a month) and only need Tylenol to stop it. His adjustments are very “light handed” and do the trick. He must be good if I drive almost 30 min once a week to see him!

I have been going to Cedar Grove Family Chiropractor for 35 years. Would you say that I love their care? Of course. I started when my daughter was an infant and i had Sciatic pain from carrying her. Over the years I have other issues, most recently neck problems and headaches. I am happy to say that Dr Jeff takes care of it all. My husband has also come to the office for well over 30 years. A special shout out to Clarita too!
Dr. Jeff and his staff have been doing a good job keeping my body aligned after a very detrimental car accident and therefore more healthy. He has been a great help to me and my mother for many years.
I've going to CGC for 3 or 4 years now. His treatments keep my 27 year back problems at bay. I have a severe problem with herniated discs since 1991. Instead of getting worse with age, I feel much better. I also started with Dr Jeff due to cervical spine pain that caused numbness in my left arm and hand. That problem was resolved within a few months of treatment. At age 59 I still continue to do tasks that I probably should not do, That's just me. Thanks to CGC, I can get away with it.
