We had raccoons living in our walls for 7 WEEKS so that was fun! We would call and tell the office very often and unfortunately there was no results for a long time😔. We finally started to hear back from this kind man named Jim. Our good friends Jim and Mike were so kind to us when they started to take action and remove the family of raccoons. They gave us updates everyday with the baiting process and keep us very informed! Shout out Jim and Mike we love you!!!‼️‼️🩷🩷😁😁🥳🥳 (5 stars for Jim and Mike not cedar greens)
Do not live here, trust me. My roommates and I have been here since August and we all agreed to not renew the lease or rent from DTN ever again. - We have mold in our apartment. Maintenance has come multiple times and the mold continues to grow. We had to pay for a mold company to come in and assess it. It's at dangerous levels and even airborne throughout our apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! When I toured I thought the place was nice but no. There has been mold in my room for about 5 months now that has been making me super sick to the point where I have been to the doctors and have been contacting DTN for the past 3-4 months without change. They keep spraying chemicals on my ceiling to “help” but I think it is making it worse.
