My whole family has been there. We absolutely love the dentist. You can tell she loves her job and cares about her patients. We will continue to go there. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They examined them, but not very thoroughly Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. It was very easy to get an appointment. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I dont like their service but what am i to do when they are the only ones that except my childs medcaid. when i was able to go there they because head start paid for it they were to do a root canal and then a crown. well they finish the root canal and couldnt get a perfect match for a crown and it was getting late and i had be some where else that day ( but come on this was in early app) so they were going to reschedule to finish the rest so i had a temporary in. well lets just say they were busy and said they would call to ... read more

i did not like their services they gave me fillings and a root canal and they must've done a terrible job because all i have now is very very bad pain in my gums and teeth and when i called to tell them about it and ask if they could fix it all they said was they didn't accept medicaid for people of my age i just wish they would've fixed it now i have to live with the pain because i cant find a dentist that accepts medicaid for myself.
