Cedar Court Apartments are clean and well maintained. Management is very understanding and will work with you if there is something you would like to change in your apartment to make it feel more like home as long as it doesn’t damage the property itself. The apartments here are very unique because all them are on ground level, which is hard to find. You will have no stairs to climb or neighbor noise because there are no units above or below you. Property is clean and maintained to high standards. Management is helpful and easy to work with and our Maintenance man Bob is kind and dedicated. They stay on top of fire alarm and apartment safety checks and rent is Income based which has been a life saver for me, personally. Im also lucky I have the best neighbors who are like family to my daughter and I :)
This is the 2nd time I am living here which says a lot! Heather is a compassionate manager and gets back to me in a timely manner. And you can count on maintenance to be there asap! I would highly recommend living at Cedar Court Apartments in West Salem Wisconsin. If it is a 5 star rating I would give Heather a 6!
I love it here...Heather helped me every step of the way and now I have a beautiful apartment my kids and I love, along with the best neighbors. I am so grateful and happy! Highly recommend! Management is always attentive and smiling. Very good communication and very beautifully maintained.
Some of the reviews are from the angree tenant. I live here now and there are not bad apartments for low income. I've lived in way worse. Yes it takes time to get things fixed but for all the buildings they run it's understandable. If you keep your apt clean and don't steal you should have no problem with them. Change that! Not happy about being lied about having gkids living with me when THERE NOT! I almost died 5 years ago! I enjoy every second I can get with my gkids if that means a visit every day of the week I'm allowed... read more
