They delivered everything they promised us! For example, a community of compassionate, knowledgeable caregivers who created a space that felt like home for my dad. They made everything as easy as it could be during a very difficult time. I felt the staff genuinely cared for the residents and treated all with affection and respect.
Would not recommend Rooms are bare. Multiple times my mom was not fed in her room. As was asked. She ended up with a UTI from not being changed and admitted to the hospital. It was a horrible experience. On top of clothes missing and personal items and staff didnt seem to care. And residents walk in others rooms. Do not put your loved one in this facility. Luckily we got my mom out.
Absolutely great place with amazing staff. The process is lengthy but they assist you in every way possible. The facility is immaculate and does not resemble a hospital or nursing home at all. There are lots of activities, places to sit or walk with interesting things to look at. The staff are so friendly and amazing admin to rn, cna , maintenance to cleaning staff. My mother already said this is where she wants to go when the time comes.
