Maybe I called on a bad day. I called to inquire about potentially changing providers. The person on the phone was exceptionally rude and intentionally unhelpful. This clinic is listed on the providence hospital system website as approved clinic, and is listed as accepting new patients. I can understand if they are no longer accepting new patients, and it is understandable if the Providence website information is incorrect. But the rude, indifferent attitude was unnecessary.
I love Dr. Tran and how she listens. She is always motivated to get to the bottom of what the problem is. Not afraid to order tests to rule things out instead of saying "could be this or that, lets give this medication". Front desk is friendly and easy to schedule with. Giving 4 stars because the medical assistant needs more training. He is very nervous every time I come in, very nice but he gets different manual BP readings that dont align with why I am there( I have high BP and he gets my BP normal or low every time but wh... read more
